Zululand Plane in near miss after losing Prop

This past week a Richardsbay couple survived a close shave landing there aircraft on a crowded beach.

" AS their plane was free falling towards the sea, Richards Bay’s Sonja Botha could do nothing but close her eyes and pray that her family would somehow come down safely. Pilot Andrew Marx’s biggest fear was the safety of people on the beach on which he was about to crash-land. It was all over in 30 seconds and the Richards Bay family somehow miraculously survived to tell the story"

Apparently the Propeller of all things sheared of in flight! Now we all know that it is used to cool the Pilot without it I tell you he starts to Sweat. Just glad it all turned out fine in the end. Just another day in Zululand
"Thats the way we glide"
